Signs to be installed Friday, February 15, 2007: “No Parking on February 18, 2008, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.” 200 - 600 blocks of South St. Asaph Street 200 - 600 blocks of South Fairfax Street 200 block of North St. Asaph Street 200 block of North Royal Street 400 - 500 block of Queen Street 200 - 600 blocks of South Royal Street 300 - 600 blocks of Wilkes Street 300 - 400 blocks of Wolfe Street 300 - 600 blocks of Gibbon Street 700 - 800 blocks of Gibbon Street (South side): “No Parking After 11 a.m.” 100 block of South Alfred Street (both sides): “No Parking After 8 a.m.”
